Kalon Alerts sign-up

For the owners and staff of businesses that use Kalon

Kalon Alerts are text messages from Powered by Kalon, LLC about your business's AI receptionist. Once you sign up, you'll get a late-client notice when one of your clients calls to say they're running late, so you can plan around it. Owners and managers can also get a notice when the business is close to using its month's call minutes, and a notice if the receptionist isn't working. No marketing, ever.

Texts start after the phone carriers approve our texting program. Until then, we won't send any.

Each person signs up for their own phone. Your employer can't sign you up, and signing up is never a condition of your job.

What the texts look like

• Kalon Alerts: Your 2:30 PM client Jane D. called and is running about 10 min late. Reply STOP to opt out.
• Kalon Alerts: Your AI receptionist isn't answering calls right now. We're working on it and will text when it's fixed. Reply STOP to opt out.
• Kalon Alerts: Your business has used 80% of this month's 2,000 AI receptionist minutes. It keeps answering every call. Reply STOP to opt out.
